Various Artists Import
How can I organize my iTunes? Its all jacked up!?
So I have an HUGE annoyance on iTunes.
When I import a CD.
...(sometimes, not all the time)...
It breaks it up, like I just imported one with various artist
and I want it all together.
But it broke it all up all over the place!
Does anyone know how to fix this?
I have tried dragging the songs to one album so that they are together.
...needless to say it didn't work...
I am normally pretty (iMac) computer savvy but I am stumped on this!
I don't know what to do and its driving me bananas!

How do you have your iTunes sorted? Which column name (Name, Time, Artist, Album, etc) is highlighted at the top, with an arrow? If it's sorted by Artist, it will stay "broken up". If you click on the column heading "Album", it will keep your CD together.
One thing you can do is create a playlist for your CD, and import it to that. Just click on the CD when it shows up in the left section of the screen, after you put it in your computer, and drag it to a new playlist you've created. Then it'll definitely stay together in that playlist, if that's all you add to it.
